    iI am 58 years old and have worked with Kate on a professional level for the past 11 years in her role as a Paramedic. In this role she has been exposed to all areas of the human condition.

    This exposure and curiosity has led her to the conclusion as cliché’ as it sounds that, ‘prevention is better than the cure’, she has found that diet and good nutrition is fundamental to our wellness and ongoing wellbeing.

    I engaged Soul Glow and Kate’s expertise for my nutrition after we spoke on the importance and benefit to eating the best available foods and the absolute importance of my doing so. She is absolutely passionate about nutrition and exploring the value and importance of our diet at the cellular level.
